We are incredibly excited to announce CDC NSW Bus Driver, Linaire Barrett has been awarded NSW Bus Driver of the Year at the recent Bus NSW Awards organised by BusNSW. Congratulations Lini!
Lini started driving for CDC NSW two years ago. She is one of three women who have won an award at the Bus NSW Awards in the past 10 years which is a huge achievement.
“My enjoyment for being a bus driver is being able to meet and greet a huge diversity of cultures and ages and to be able to transport them to their destination in a safe warm welcoming manner”, Lini said in her speech this morning.
Mr. Sam Farraway, Minister for Regional Transport and Roads in NSW was part of this recognition event.
