If you have lost something on one of our services, please complete the details at the below details to submit your lost property enquiry.
All our drivers will check the bus for lost property items at the end of each route and all items are brought back to our depot to be collated and logged at the end of the drivers shift.
Your item may not be available for collection at our lost property office until the following day when an item is lost. Please kindly contact us prior to visiting our reception to confirm your item is available for collection.
Once you have submitted the form a below we will contact you if the item is found. Please note, if the item is not located you may not be contacted.
Please note: If you have just lost your property, for safety reasons we are not able to contact our driver if they are on the road.
Unfortunately, for health reasons perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately. All found items are registered and kept for 28 days at which point if they are not collected they will be disposed of.
Please ensure that you include as much detail as possible so your item can be verified.
If you are not sure of the route that you have lost the item on please select the most similar Forest bus service. If you are not sure which route you were travelling on you may also try one of the following:
- Check the details on your Opal account for route number and travel date/time.
- Use the trip planner to search for a similar trip to the one you took.
