If you have lost something on one of our services, please contact us via telephone or by submitting an enquiry.
All our drivers will check the bus for lost property items at the end of each route and all lost property is brought back to our depot to be collated and logged at the end of the drivers shift.
Your lost property item may not be available for collection at our Head Office until the afternoon of the following day when an item is lost. Please kindly contact us prior to visiting our reception to confirm your item has been handed in and available for collection
