Our drivers are working continuously to provide on-time trips for our customers.
At present, traffic conditions have changed due to the continuing COVID-19 lockdown. This can result in early running – and customers missing services – if not managed by the driver.
If a driver stops the bus for a continuous period at a bus stop, it is to maintain on-time running and prevent customers from missing their scheduled trip.
