Region 14 Customer Satisfaction Survey      Nov 2016

 

In November 2016, Region 14 passengers were surveyed on board services operating on all corridors, focusing on Timeliness, Cleanliness, Safety&Security, Customer Service, etc. Forest received the highest overall customer satisfaction score among all Sydney metropolitan bus service operators at 94% in the most recent survey.

The attached report presents the major results and analyses the level of satisfaction revealed by Region 14 passengers.

Region 14 Service Quality Assurance Audits      Nov 2016

 

In November 2016, Service Quality Assurance audits were conducted by Transport for NSW on presentation of the fleet, both exterior and interior. Forest received an overall 100% result from customer bus presentation survey, all passengers were satisfied with the level of bus cleanliness, tidiness and free of graffiti and etchings.
